Activity Report for April 2015

Activity Report for April 2015

April was tax month – because of that, it took enough of my time and concentration. I didn’t get articles or reviews written as planned for my websites.

Also, my plans to continue with writing additional emails to add in the series for my one site didn’t happen either. And I didn’t complete the solo ad emails that I had started so I can return to running solo ads as planned.

I am not satisfied with all of my current niche sites due to the fact that most are not evergreen, they are seasonal. Because of that, income created from them are unpredictable with too much down time in between seasons.

So toward the end of the month, I invested into another income stream that I will be setting up and running beginning in May. I am considering adding another website to go along with it.

The plugin I got in March to help increase Amazon sales didn’t work out as planned. I’m not sure if it is even working now with all the updates to WordPress (4 releases). I also got the pro version, so I will be changing the plugin to the more robust version and see if that makes any difference.

I did make a reasonable affiliate sale through one of my websites as shown below. I also invested another $100 into the business since I’m looking to expand my revenue streams as mentioned above. Because of it, I did show another positive month making it 2 in a row (a first for me since 2011)

Without further ado, here are my operational results for April 2015:
